About

I started in administration and HR operations at the Ministry of National Guard, where six years of records, recruitment coordination, attendance and official correspondence taught me what reliable HR looks like from the inside.

In 2025 I joined a foreign insurance startup in Riyadh as HR Lead with a blank page. I set up the HR function from zero: the policies and employee handbook, the organisational structure and workforce plans tied to the expansion plan, succession plans for critical C-level roles, and compliance across Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI and Mudad. Rather than buying software the company did not need yet, I designed and built a custom HRIS for employee records and attendance using AI-assisted development, and a learning management system with its training content.

Now I do the same for other companies: setting up the people side properly, and using data and technology to make it faster, clearer and fairer.
